THE DIFFERENCE-MAKER

I know what it is like to want to succeed and try so very hard to do so. I know what it is like to feel like I am doing and giving and doing some more, but the results are less than what I hoped for. And I know what it feels like to want to give up, because of all the weariness, and feelings of defeat and pointlessness.

But here is what the Lord says to me and all those who find themselves in this place. “It does not matter what you bring or what you fail to bring, when You choose My way and not your own; when you choose to make Me your source above all else; when you choose to stay connected to Me, I am the difference maker.”

“His divine power has given us everything required for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness.” {2 Peter 1:3} This promise we can count on so much more than our inability or ability.
