JOY IN HIS PRESENCE

Our life is meant to be poured. But how can we pour, unless we are filled? When we are emptied and do not have anything left to pour out, then it is it time to seek and sit in the presence of God. If we search after Him with all of our hearts and souls, He promises to be found by us.

When there are so many ways and we are not sure which to choose, He makes known to us the path of life. When we are weak and downhearted, in His presence is fullness of joy, and His joy is our strength. When we feel like we are losing the fight and cannot continue on, we have the sweetness of the victory of His right hand.

Apart from Him, we can do nothing. Let us not even try to. It is in God’s presence we find all we have need of. {Deuteronomy 4:29, Psalm 16:11, Nehemiah 8:10}
